Cold Oven Pound Cake - cooking recipe

3 c. sugar
2 sticks butter
1/2 c. Crisco
5 large eggs
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
3 c. plain flour
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 tsp. coconut extract
1 tsp. lemon extract
Preparation

Cream sugar, butter and Crisco, gradually adding flavoring extracts.
This will help to cream butter and sugar.
Add eggs, one at a time, beating on low for 1 minute after adding each egg. Flour should be sifted with salt and baking powder at least 3 times.
Add flour and sour cream alternately to batter, beginning and ending with flour.
Pour into greased tube pan.
Place in cold oven; turn oven to 350\u00b0 and bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
