Spinach Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 round loaf pumpernickel bread
1 pkg. Knorr leek soup mix
1 pkg. frozen spinach, thawed
16 oz. cream cheese
Rita crackers (optional)
Preparation

Mix leek soup and cream cheese.
Rinse spinach and drain.
Add spinach to cream cheese mixture.
Cut circle in top of loaf and hollow out center.
Spoon dip into loaf and serve with bread torn in dip size pieces.
Also, you can serve with Ritz crackers.
