Ingredients
- 
                            4 oz. Colman's dry mustard
 
1 c. malt vinegar
3 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. granulated sugar
pinch of salt
Preparation
- 
                            Soak mustard and vinegar 12 hours, covered.
 
Add remaining ingredients.
Cook in double boiler for 10 to 25 minutes.
Beat until custard consistency.
Makes 2 cups.
