Chicken Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. chicken, cooked
    1/4 c. onions, chopped
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    2 boiled eggs
    1 tsp. Texas Pete
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    8 oz. cream cheese
    1/2 c. pecans, chopped
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients, except for the pecans, stirring well. Make into a ball and chill in the refrigerator.
    When cold, roll in pecans.
    Serve with your choice of crackers or bagels.
