Cinnamon Bites - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 loaf thin sliced bread (white)
    1 egg yolk
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1/4 c. sugar
    3/4 c. butter, melted
    3/4 c. brown sugar
    2 to 3 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Preheat oven to
    350\u00b0.\tTrim
    crust
    from the bread and roll very thin.\tCream together the egg yolk, cream cheese and sugar. Spread the\tmixture
    on bread and roll up.\tIn a separate bowl mix the
    brown
    sugar\tand
    cinnamon.\tDip rolls in butter, then in sugar
    and\tcinnamon mixture.
    Place rolls on well-greased cookie sheet.
    Freeze
    for
    5 to 10 minutes.
    Cut into thirds.
    Refreeze in\tplastic
    bags
    until ready to use. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
