Devil Crabs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can crab meat (7 oz.)
3 pieces bread or 1 piece bread
1 mashed potato
2 hard-cooked eggs
1/2 c. chopped onion, celery and parsley
Preparation

Simmer the chopped onion, celery and parsley in 1 tablespoon butter.
Do not let it brown.
Then mix the crab meat, bread crumbs and chopped eggs together.
Add to the mixture 1/2 tablespoon red pepper and 1/4 tablespoon salt.
