Saturday Night Special - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 can pork and beans, drained
    1 pt. canned tomatoes
    1 tsp. salt
    1 large onion, thinly sliced
    1/4 c. brown sugar
    2 slices bacon
Preparation
    Brown meat in hot skillet and drain.
    Add pork and beans, tomatoes and salt.
    Pour half the mixture in a baking dish, add layer of sliced onion and cover with remaining beef mixture.
    Top with strips of bacon and sprinkle with brown sugar.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour.
