Pink Cranberry Freeze Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 small pkg. cream cheese
2 Tbsp. sugar
2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
1 can whole cranberry sauce
1 c. crushed pineapple, drained
1/2 c. pecans, chopped
1/2 c. whipping cream, whipped
Preparation

In small bowl, combine cream cheese and sugar together; stir in mayonnaise.
Fold in cranberries, pineapple and pecans.
Fold in whipped cream.
Freeze in loaf pan.
When ready to serve, let sit 15 minutes.
Cut into slices, or scoop out into fancy dishes. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
