Chicken Cacciatore - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 medium green pepper
    1/8 c. dry onion flakes
    1 1/2 c. tomato sauce
    1 Tbsp. oregano
    1/2 tsp. basil
    1 1/2 Tbsp. parsley
    3/4 c. sliced mushrooms
    3 1/2 lb. chicken, cut up
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cook celery, onion and pepper in small amount of oil until tender.
    Add tomato sauce, seasonings and mushrooms.
    Pour over chicken and bake at 350\u00b0 until chicken is done, about 1 hour.
