Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large potatoes
    1 medium onion
    1 stalk celery
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1/4 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    pinch of ground allspice
    1/2 tsp. parsley
    1 (12 oz.) can evaporated milk (skim)
Preparation
    Melt margarine in medium saucepan.
    Chop celery and onion finely and saute in margarine.
    Peel and dice potatoes into 1/2 to 1-inch cubes; add to pan.
    Add spices and just barely cover with water.
    Cover and boil for 15 to 20 minutes.
    Add canned milk, reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally to prevent scorching.
