Turkey-Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 onion, chopped
    1 green pepper, chopped
    2 ribs celery, chopped
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli
    1 1/2 c. cooked turkey, cubed
    1 c. cooked rice
    1 can mushroom soup
    1 (8 oz.) can sliced water chestnuts
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. shredded hot pepper cheese
Preparation
    Saute onions, peppers and celery in butter until tender.
    Cook broccoli and drain.
    Arrange broccoli in bottom of a 2-quart casserole dish.
    Combine sauteed vegetables and other ingredients. Spoon over broccoli.
    Bake, uncovered, at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
