Lo-Cal Dessert - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box sugar-free Jell-O
    1 box sugar-free instant vanilla pudding
    1 1/2 c. milk
Preparation
    Make Jell-O according to directions.
    Place in refrigerator. Sets well in 20 minutes.
    Make instant pudding using 1 1/2 cups milk.
    Place in refrigerator.
    When Jell-O is almost set, beat it with hand mixer for 1 minute.
    Stir in pudding.
    Place in refrigerator for 1/2 hour.
