Oven Bake Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. stew beef, cut in 1/2-inch cubes
    5 or 6 carrots
    3 or 4 potatoes
    2 small onions
    1 can beef broth
    2 tsp. salt
    4 Tbsp. cornstarch
Preparation
    Brown beef in skillet. Cut all vegetables in chunks.
    Mix all ingredients in large roasting pan.
    Cover tightly with foil; bake for 3 hours at 325\u00b0 or for 4 hours at 250\u00b0.
    Don't peek until after 2 hours; re-cover and finish baking.
