Deli-Style Italian Pasta Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 7-oz package Rotelle pasta (large spirals) or ziti (cut tubes)
    6 oz provolone cheese, cut into 3/4 -inch cubes
    6 oz Genoa salami, cut into strips
    1 small zucchini, thinly sliced
    1 small onion, thinly sliced and separated into rings
    1/2 c chopped green or red sweet pepper
    1 2- 1/4- oz. can sliced pitted ripe olives, drained
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1/4 c. snipped fresh parsley
    1/3 c. olive oil
    1/4 c. white wine vinegar
    1-1/2 Tsp dry mustard
    1 Tsp. dried oregano, crushed
    1 Tsp. dried basil, crushed
    2 medium tomatoes, cut into wedges
    Parsley sprigs (optional)
Preparation
    Cook pasta according to package directions; drain.
    Rinse with cold water and drain again.
