Mountain Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. plain flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 egg
1/2 c. milk
2 Tbsp. oil
raisins or cinnamon (if you like)
Preparation

Mix flour, baking powder, salt
and
sugar in bowl.
Add egg, milk and oil.
Also add
raisins
or cinnamon if you like. Pour into 6 greased muffin cups
and
bake
at 375\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
