Chicken Enchiladas With Sour Cream Sauce And Chile Con Queso - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 tsp. chopped garlic
    1 Tbsp. fresh cilantro
    1/2 tsp. dried thyme
    1 small can chopped green chiles, drained
    4 c. chicken, cooked and shredded
    salt and pepper to taste
    8 corn tortillas
    1 c. chopped yellow onion
    1 1/2 c. diced Roma tomatoes
    1/2 tsp. dried marjoram
    1/2 tsp. dried oregano
Preparation
    Heat oil in a large skillet.
    Add onion and garlic; saute over medium heat until the onion is translucent.
    Do not brown.
    Stir in tomatoes, chicken, herbs and spices.
    Set aside while you prepare tortillas.
