Italian Brisket - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 lb. sliced brisket (thin)
    1 pkg. Au Jus by French's
    1 pkg. French's Italian salad dressing mix
    1 to 2 green peppers, sliced round
Preparation
    Put meat and mixes into crock-pot with only 2 cups of water. Cook long time, 6 to 8 hours is fine.
    Add green peppers last 30 to 45 minutes of cooking.
    Serve on French rolls, with little Au Jus on bread.
