Sauerkraut Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can sauerkraut
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 c. diced celery
    1 c. diced green pepper
    1/4 c. diced onion
    3 Tbsp. vinegar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. celery seed
    3 Tbsp. diced pimentos
Preparation
    Drain kraut and chop it into 1-inch pieces with kitchen shears.
    Using large mixing bowl, add all other ingredients and mix well.
    Cover; refrigerate 24 hours.
    Keeps well.
