Cheese Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    9 slices white bread, trimmed and dotted with butter
    2 c. medium grated Cheddar
    2 c. milk
    4 beaten eggs
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. dry mustard
Preparation
    Grease a 1 1/2-quart baking dish.
    Layer bread and cheese. Mix eggs, milk, salt and mustard. Pour over bread.
    Cover and refrigerate overnight.
    Place in cold oven at 325\u00b0 for 30 minutes. Turn off oven and allow souffle to sit 10 minutes.
