Refrigerator Mashed Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 lb. potatoes
2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. sour cream
2 tsp. onion salt
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 Tbsp. margarine
Preparation

Cook potatoes in salted water, then drain.
Mash until smooth. Add all the ingredients and beat with mixer.
Pour into greased casseroles.
Dot with butter.
Bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Serves 14 to 16.
Keeps in refrigerator a week.
