Baked Lemon-Pepper Fish Or Chicken(Diet) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. fish or chicken
1 Tbsp. canola oil
1 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. Molly McButter
lemon-pepper seasoning
Preparation
-
Oil a shallow pan with 1 tablespoon of canola oil.
Mix together flour, salt and Molly McButter.
Lightly coat fish or chicken in flour mixture.
Lay in pan.
Lavish on lemon and pepper seasoning.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until done.
(If using chicken, remove skin.)
