Raw Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 cups diced apples
    2 cups sugar
    1 cup oil
    2 tsp. vanilla
    3 cups flour
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    2 eggs (well beaten)
    Optional nuts and Raisins
    Pinch salt
Preparation
    Mix together apples, sugar, oil and vanilla in large bowl. Let stand for one hour.
    Add flour, salt, baking soda, cinnamon and eggs.
    Mix well and pour in ungreased oblong cake pan.
    Bake at 350 degrees for 40-55 minutes.
