Taco Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1 (8 oz.) taco flavored tortilla chips
1 head lettuce
2 medium tomatoes
8 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 large bottle Catalina salad dressing
Preparation

Brown ground beef, drain well and let cool.
In a large bowl tear lettuce in medium pieces, and cut tomatoes in small chunks over top of lettuce.
Slightly crush the taco chips and dump over lettuce and tomatoes.
Add ground beef and cheese.
Pour half of salad dressing over mixture.
Mix all together.
Add remaining dressing and mix.
