Jello Pies - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs
1 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. pineapple juice
1 large can Pet milk, chilled
3 oz. box lemon Jell-O
2 vanilla wafer crusts
Preparation

Beat eggs.
Add sugar and pineapple juice.
Cook until thick, stirring often.
Remove from heat and add Jell-O.
Put into refrigerator to chill.
Beat milk until it stands in peaks. Gently fold Jell-O mixture to milk.
Pour into 2 vanilla wafer pie crusts.
Keep refrigerated.
