Spinach And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. cooked rice
    2 bunches fresh spinach, chopped
    2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 onion, diced
    6 fresh mushrooms
    1 c. sour cream
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    2 eggs, beaten
Preparation
    Blend sour cream, soup and eggs.
    Add rice, spinach, cheese, onion and sliced mushrooms.
    Put in buttered baking dish.
    Bake covered at 325\u00b0 for 45 to 60 minutes.
