Fresh Peach Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/3 c. vegy oil
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 1/2 c. mashed peaches
1/2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Combine oil and sugar, beating well. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
Combine flour, soda, salt and cinnamon.
Mix well.
Gradually add to creamed mixture, mixing until blended.
Stir in peaches and pecans.
Spoon into greased and floured 9 x 13-inch glass pan.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes. Serve with whipped cream.
