Spinach And Eggs, Italian-Style - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 green onions, chopped
    1 lb. fresh cooked spinach
    2 eggs, beaten
    garlic, chopped
    olive oil
    Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Saute green onions (use blades, too) in a little butter or oleo and olive oil.
    Mix spinach (drained) into skillet.
    Stir 2 beaten eggs into the mixture and stir until eggs are done.
    Top with Parmesan cheese.
