Hummingbird Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    2 c. firm (not hard) sliced bananas
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. salt
    2 c. sugar
    3 eggs, slightly beaten
    1 1/2 c. butter flavored oil
    1 c. chopped pecans
    8 oz. can crushed pineapple (undrained)
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0. Sift flour, sugar, soda, salt and cinnamon in electric mixer on \"blend\" speed; add eggs, bananas, oil, vanilla, nuts and pineapple. Bake in two 10-inch layer cake pans 1 hour and 20 minutes. Cool and frost.
