Chili - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. chili meat (very lean), brown
1 large onion, chopped
1 Tbsp. garlic, minced
1 Tbsp. salt
3 1/2 Tbsp. chili powder
1 tsp. ground cumin
3 c. hot water
2 cans tomato juice
Preparation

Brown chili meat and drain grease.
Add all other ingredients and cook slowly for 3 hours.
