Chocolate Mayonnaise Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 3/4 c. flour
1/3 c. cocoa
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 c. mayonnaise
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/8 tsp. salt
1 c. water

Preparation

Stir flour, sugar, cocoa, baking powder, baking soda and salt; mix thoroughly. Add mayonnaise, water and vanilla and beat well for 3 minutes. Grease and flour a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan. Pour mixture into pan. Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 40 to 45 minutes. When cake cools, frost or use whipped cream.
