Crepes Suzette(Low-Fat) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. low-fat Pioneer pancake mix
    1 1/2 c. skim milk
    1/2 c. egg substitute
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/8 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients until very smooth.
    Heat skillet; spray with Pam.
    Pour 2 tablespoons of mixture in skillet and spread over bottom of skillet.
    Brown crepe on both sides.
    Spread crepe with butter, jelly, syrup or fresh fruit.
    Can be rolled up like jelly roll and sprinkled with nuts and powdered sugar.
