Buttermilk Coconut Custard Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick margarine or butter
    2 c. sugar
    6 eggs
    3/4 c. buttermilk
    3 1/2 oz. flaked coconut
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Melt margarine or butter.
    While butter is melting, hand beat 6 eggs.
    Add the eggs to sugar, then margarine.
    Mix buttermilk well, then coconut and vanilla flavoring.
    Makes 2 pies.
    Put in unbaked pie crusts and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
