Garden Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. dried crumbly style seasoned stuffing, crushed
    1/4 c. butter or margarine, melted
    1/4 c. finely chopped carrots
    1/4 c. finely chopped green pepper
    pinch of peppers
    2 Tbsp. finely chopped onions
    16 (2-inch) mushrooms, stems removed
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    In small bowl, stir together all ingredients except mushrooms.
    Stuff each mushroom cap with 1 tablespoon filling.
    Place in buttered 13 x 9 baking pan.
    Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until tender.
