Gazpacho - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. coarsely chopped, cored and peeled tomatoes
    1 1/2 c. peeled and coarsely chopped cucumbers
    1 green pepper, cored, seeded and coarsely chopped
    1 clove garlic, sliced
    1/2 c. water
    5 Tbsp. olive oil
    1/4 c. wine vinegar
    2 slices untrimmed fresh bread, cubed
    1/8 tsp. cayenne
    salt to taste
Preparation
    Puree all ingredients in blender. Chill.
    Serve in well chilled soup bowls.
    Pass as a garnish croutons, finely diced cucumbers, onion and green pepper.
