Cheese Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. Knox gelatine
    1/2 c. cold water
    2 egg yolks
    1/2 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. sugar
    1 pt. fine cottage cheese
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    2 egg whites
    1 pt. whipping cream
    24 graham crackers
Preparation
    Pour cold water in cup and sprinkle Knox on top.
    Set aside. Crush graham crackers and place them in a buttered 9 x 13-inch pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
    In a double boiler, cook next 6 ingredients until very smooth, stirring occasionally.
    Add Knox mixture and stir until dissolved.
    Pour over cooled crust. Refrigerate to set.
    You can add a small can of drained, crushed pineapple.
