Funnel Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 egg
2/3 c. milk
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 1/3 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 Tbsp. baking powder
Preparation

Beat egg.
Add milk.
Sift salt, sugar, flour and baking powder.
Add egg and milk.
Beat until smooth.
Pour batter into funnel.
Allow batter to run into deep fat at 375\u00b0.
Make swirl in fat from center out.
Drain on paper.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
