Delicious Prune Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 eggs
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. oil
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. allspice
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 c. buttermilk
1 c. prunes, cooked and cut in pieces
1 c. chopped nuts
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Beat eggs.
Add sugar and oil and beat well.
Mix dry ingredients and add alternately with buttermilk.
Add nuts, prunes and vanilla and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Remove from oven and poke cake full of holes with a fork and pour the topping over the cake hot and spread.
