Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 1/4 c. oil
    2 c. sugar
    3 c. plain flour
    3 apples, peeled and chopped
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. pecans, chopped
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking soda
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Blend eggs, oil and sugar until creamy.
    Add flour, salt and baking soda, a little at a time; blend well (batter will be stiff).
    Fold in apples, vanilla and nuts.
    Pour into tube pan.
    Bake for 1 hour.
    Remove from pan after about 30 minutes.
