Claudine'S Chili Con Carne - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    1 onion, diced
    1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 (15 oz.) can chopped tomatoes
    1 pkg. Schilling chili mix
    3 or 4 drops Tabasco sauce
    chili powder to taste
    1/2 c. salsa or to taste
    about 1/2 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
    2 large cans red kidney beans, drained
Preparation
    Brown beef, garlic and onion in small amount of olive oil. Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
    Just cook until everything is hot.
    Recipe can be doubled for larger crowd.
