Baked Mostaccioli - cooking recipe

1/2 lb. mostaccioli noodles
1 lb. Ricotta cheese
3 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
3 c. bottled spaghetti sauce
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Cook noodles in boiling water until al dente (still a little firm); drain and place in a large bowl.
In a medium-sized bowl, combine the Ricotta cheese and half the Mozzarella cheese; add to the noodles and mix.
Grease a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
Cover bottom of dish with half the spaghetti sauce.
Spoon the noodle mixture over the sauce.
Cover with the remaining sauce.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and the remaining Mozzarella cheese.
Bake for 20 to 30 minutes.
Remove from oven and let stand for 20 minutes for easier serving.
Makes 8 to 10 servings.
