Mexican Dip(This Dip Can Also Be Made Into Roll-Ups.) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 8 oz. cream cheese
    1/2 c. sour cream
    2 c. shredded cheese
    1 small can chopped ripe olives
    1 small can green chilies
    1/2 c. chopped green onions
    garlic powder and salt to taste
    8 8 inch flour tortillas
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients (except for tortillas) together. To make roll-ups, spread dip mixture over tortillas. Roll up and slice into 1 inch pieces. Place on tray and garnish with cilantro.
