Spanish Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. beef
1 Tbsp. oil
1/4 c. onion
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. chili powder
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 can tomatoes
1 can corn
1 1/4 c. bouillon
1/2 c. green pepper
1 1/3 c. Minute rice
Preparation

Brown meat; add onions, seasoning, tomatoes, corn and bouillon.
Bring to a boil.
Stir in green peppers.
Boil again. Stir in rice and remove from heat.
Cover and let stand for 5 minutes.
Serves 4.
