Hot Chicken Salad Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. cooked chicken
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1 c. chopped celery
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. crushed buttered corn flakes
4 oz. mushrooms
1 can cream of mushroom soup (undiluted)
1 c. cooked rice (1/2 c. raw)
1 tsp. grated onion
1/2 c. sliced almonds
Preparation

Mix all ingredients except almonds and corn flakes.
Turn into buttered casserole dish.
Top with flakes and almonds and bake in 375\u00b0 to 400\u00b0 oven for 30 to 40 minutes or until bubbly.
