Waldorf Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 red Delicious apples, cubed with skin on
    1 large can pineapple chunks in heavy syrup, drained (save juice)
    1 c. chopped walnuts
    orange juice
    2 1/2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Put pineapple juice in 2-cup measuring cup.
    Fill up to top with orange juice.
    Add 2 tablespoons sugar.
    Mix a small amount of juice with 2 1/2 tablespoons cornstarch.
    Bring the rest of the juice to a boil and slowly add cornstarch mix.
    Cook until thick. Remove from heat and add 1 tablespoon butter.
    Cool, then add to apples and nuts.
    Mix.
