Mock Apple Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. sugar
2 c. water
2 tsp. cream of tartar
22 Ritz crackers
1 pie crust (unbaked)
Preparation

Mix sugar, water and cream of tartar in a saucepan and bring to a boil.
Add crackers and boil for 2 minutes; stir constantly. Cool.
Pour cooled mixture into unbaked pie crust and sprinkle top with cinnamon and butter pats.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until pie crust browns.
