Ingredients

8 oz. semi-sweet chocolate bits
4 Tbsp. water
1/2 tsp. vanilla flavoring
1 1/2 Tbsp. butter
4 egg yolks
4 egg whites
Preparation

Melt the chocolate and water together in a small pan.
Stir in the vanilla flavoring and butter, then the egg yolks, 1 at a time. Beat the egg whites until stiff.
Fold the chocolate mixture into the egg whites, using a rubber spatula or a metal spoon.
When thoroughly mixed, pour into a glass bowl.
Cover and chill overnight.
Serve with whipped cream on top.
