Sweet Potato Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 Tbsp. shortening
    4 c. mashed sweet potatoes (hot)
    2 c. flour
    3 tsp. baking powder
    4 Tbsp. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Sift flour, baking powder and salt.
    Add sugar and shortening to hot sweet potatoes.
    Combine potatoes with flour mixture. Roll or pat 3/4-inch thick.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 12 to 15 minutes.
