Low-Fat Macaroni And Cheese - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. uncooked macaroni
2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 clove garlic, minced
2 Tbsp. flour
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 3/4 c. skim milk
4 oz. light cream cheese
4 oz. (1/3 less fat) sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
dash of Tabasco
Preparation

Cook macaroni and drain.
Saute onion, garlic and oil until tender; stir in flour, pepper and Tabasco sauce.
Blend and add milk slowly and cook on medium heat until boiling.
Add cheese and stir until smooth and add to macaroni and pour into a greased 2-quart casserole dish and bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
