Steak Marinade - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
1/8 tsp. ground cloves
dash of cayenne pepper
2 Tbsp. wine vinegar
1/4 c. olive oil
Preparation

Mix all ingredients, except oil, and rub into steaks.
Splash on olive oil. Coat all sides. Cover and refrigerate, turning occasionally, 6 to 8 hours or overnight. Grill as desired.
