Quick Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground meat (beef or turkey)
    1/3 c. dry bread crumbs
    1/4 c. milk
    1 egg
    1 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt (may substitute 3/4 tsp. garlic powder and 3/4 tsp. onion powder)
    dash or two hot sauce (if desired)
Preparation
    Heat oven to 425\u00b0.
    Mix ground meat, bread crumbs, milk, egg and seasonings thoroughly.
    Shape by tablespoon in 1 1/2-inch balls.
    Place on ungreased pan.
    Bake until done, about 10 minutes.
    Now add the meatballs to your favorite recipe.
